My darling and i found everything to be divine! the staff were lovely. Every request met with a smile. the hotel's location is perfect. Close to everything but still quiet, very peaceful. i adored the cleanliness. It was perfect.
the only minor thing was the slightly slow wifi at peak times, but honestly, i barely noticed it!!

Our royal suite sea view jacuzzi room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also included a modern kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. a small dishwasher. Very convenient. daily housekeeping maintained everything wonderfully.

We found several wonderful dining options within a short walk, but our favourite was the breakfast served in our suite. it included fresh pastries, juice, and fruit. A romantic start. the food was AMAZING!!!

the location is super close to everything i wanted to visit the excellent facilities. i especially liked that the staff were always so friendly and helpful a staff member even gave me a replacement when my bag broke
the receptionist lady was very unhelpful and rude this really put me off the place right away i think some customer service training would help a lot. she was a blonde lady

i found the apartment beautifully designed. it was super well equipped. the pool area was lovely and the staff was very accommodating! the location is also amazing!
The receptionist lady was quite rude, i think she needs customer service training. Blonde lady. the beach is just across the road though. also, i found the floors were never swept. Not even once!

the suite had all the items i needed to prepare a meal. there were some nice eateries around, such as toro tapas& grill for seafood. the level of cleanliness was great and i found the aircon worked a treat.
the receptionist was very unhelpful, and even rude, unfortunately. this put me off the place instantly. maybe some training in customer service would help the blonde lady.
